Work

What we’ve built to prove the method.

We’re a new practice, so instead of client logos we’re showing our work: systems we built ourselves, on public data, to prove the method before anyone pays for it. Each one covers what we built, what we found, and at least one thing it doesn’t do yet. When we do client work, it will be written the same honest way.

FireScore: a parcel-level wildfire risk score that shows its work

A working proof-of-concept that scores wildfire risk for a single parcel from public authoritative data, explains every point of the score, and serves the same answer to a person on a map and to an AI agent over MCP.

Short-term-rental intelligence, keyed to the regulation and the map

A prototype that maps short-term-rental regulatory zones against parcels for a resort market, then layers seasonality and comparable performance on top, so an investor can see where a rental is even allowed before they argue about nightly rate.

A permit-velocity index that names its own sample size

Frostwatch: micro-climate frost risk, block by block

A prototype that scores frost risk at the orchard-block level from terrain, cold-air drainage, and weather, as the template for any climate advisory that has to be right about a specific patch of ground rather than a region.
